Conclusion
The release of the AIR production cutover schedule marks the onset of the filing season. We recommend gathering your ACA data and preparing your filing as soon as possible to ensure that you have plenty of time before the deadlines.
Proactive compliance can prevent filing penalties and help to avoid the receipt of IRS notices regarding ACA forms. This is crucial, especially given the rise in penalty amounts and tax regulation enforcement.
